The Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution South Africa hosted an Accelerated Adoption of IoT by SMMEs Awareness Workshop project pilot online on the 19 July 2022. The purpose of the workshop was to share findings of the projects desktop studies and engage with key stakeholders to share information on the available Government Incentive Schemes Programmes, Available Governments Digital Transformation Support Programmes, Available Digital Maturity Assessment Tool, Available Collaborative Tools and Review of the Policy Protocol in the South African context. The workshop enabled the gathering of feedback for the incentive programmes, digital transformation support programmes and digital maturity assessment tools on offer. It was attended by SMMEs, dtic, eNtsa, CSIR Innovation Bridge Portal and Manufacturing Cluster and implementation partners. The chart below shows the count of confirmed attendants.
